At HILLS Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all non-prescription items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Frames

  Place the eyewear securely in its original protective case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your refund or exchange.
